Every muscle hurts

Last Sunday wrapped up the end of our fall softball season with a single elimination tournament. We played really well our first two games - even winning the second by the mercy rule, then the wheels came off in the semis. After three games in five hours (did I mention it was cold and rainy?) we went home. That might be the end of the story, but then I got up Monday morning. Who knew so many muscles were involved in playing slow pitch softball? I don't know about the 20-somethings on our team, but I could hardly move for days. Can't wait until next year.
